Full Walkthrough
01 Speak with the Crying Child
Head to Bloomwood Ranch and find Willian, who's talking with his friends about getting Wooly back. He tells you some adults saw bad men take the sheep.
02 + 03 Gather Information
Talk to the men by the woodpile to the south first. They recognize Kliff as the Greymane who beat Matthias and tell him about a bandit camp across the river. Then go southwest and speak with the kids playing in the field. They mention a "sky boulder" that fell from the sky and blame it for all the trouble that's been happening around town lately.
04 Find Wooly
Head south to Nas River Fishing Dock and cross over to Nas Riverside. Climb the hill and you'll find the bandit camp. There are quite a few of them, so pick off stragglers where you can and watch your spacing when they rush you.
There are two chests near the sheep pen by some crates and barrels. Opening them counts as theft, so skip them if you want to keep your record clean. There's a Palmer Pill by the bonfire that's fine to take. Find Wooly in the sheep pen and carry her back to Willian.
05 Return to Willian
Head back north to Bloomwood Ranch with Wooly. Willian immediately says you got the wrong sheep and that Wooly has a fluffier tail. He also mentions that a Mr. Greymane already offered to get Wooly back. The quest ends there.

Tips and Notes
The Dropkick skill is only learnable from the one bandit at Nas Riverside who uses it. Keep him alive long enough to observe the move the required number of times before finishing him off.
