The Flames of Greed is a Main Quest in Crimson Desert's Chapter 2. Right after leaving the Goldleaf Tradepost, a nun on the road flags you down with a group of strangers. There's a burning house nearby with someone trapped inside. You have 120 seconds to get them out once the timer starts, so move fast.

01 Speak with the Nun
After leaving Shakatu, you'll come across a nun crying on the roadside with two strangers. Approach and a cutscene explains the situation: there's a healer they need help rescuing. Once the cutscene ends, mount up and ride to Windland Heights by Unicorn Cliff, southeast of the Goldleaf Tradepost.
02 The Burning House
When you arrive, several people are standing outside the house in distress. Approach it and a cutscene plays confirming someone is trapped inside. Once you have control back, a 120-second timer starts. You need to work quickly.
Use Nature's Grasp to lift and move the large log blocking the front doorway. Set it aside, then hop over the second log by the entrance to get inside. The man is on the floor in the upper right corner of the house. Pick him up and carry him out.
Once outside, another cutscene plays. The group asks you to find and rescue their healer, Hubert. They reward you with an Abyss Artifact and the quest ends. The rescue of Hubert picks up in Kidnapped Healer.
