01 Get the Bounty Notice

Pick up and read the Bounty Notice near Hernand Farmhouse. The notice identifies Bianca as a repeat-offense murderer who was last seen near the Church of Hernand and Hillside Manor.

02 Find Bianca

Head to the Church of Hernand. Bianca is inside but she'll try to flee when she spots you coming. Watch your minimap bounty icon on the lower left side; when it appears, she's nearby. When she exits the church, follow her outside.

03 Capture and Turn In Bianca

Once she's outside, tackle her and land several hits until the tie-up prompt appears. Use it before you go too far and accidentally kill her. With Bianca tied up, carry her to the nearest constabulary in the City of Hernand and hand her over to complete the quest. You receive House Celeste Contribution +300 and Silver +5.00.
