How to Unlock Serge's Request

Serge's Request is a Hernand Commissions Faction Quest in Crimson Desert that becomes available in Chapter 4. Pick up Serge's Poster from the City of Hernand notice board. Serge is at the Goldleaf Trading Post, southeast of Rocca's Hill.

NoteThis quest can only be progressed using Kliff. If you are playing as another character, switch back before reporting to the Shakatu Soldier.

Full Walkthrough

01 Speak with Serge

Find Serge at the Goldleaf Trading Post and talk to him. He explains that he needs someone to carry news to the main guild headquarters but can't leave himself because bandits have been trying to steal from his shop. He fills you in on the situation at the trading post and asks you to relay it.

02 Report the Situation

Head to the Goldleaf Guildhouse and find the Shakatu Soldier there. Tell him what Serge told you about the trading post situation. That conversation completes the quest. You receive Wool x1, Trust +50, Hernand Contribution +50, and a Medium Bag.
