How to Unlock Troubled Count
Troubled Count is a House Roberts Faction Quest in Crimson Desert that unlocks after completing First Trial of Trust. Word of what you did at the cask house has reached the count. Erich is waiting for you at Bluemont Manor to make an introduction.

Full Walkthrough
01 Speak with Erich at Bluemont Manor
Head to the Plaza of the City of Hernand and find Erich at Bluemont Manor. He introduces you to another servant and tells you the count is pleased with what you did at the cask house. He asks you to go inside and meet the count.
02 Speak with Count Roberts
Go through the door beside Erich and head to the second floor of the manor. Count Roberts is up there. He tells you that you look like someone who could handle a bigger job, then gets straight to it: the family's quarry has been taken over by Bleed Bandits and he wants it back. He promises a generous reward. After the conversation, Stolen Quarry unlocks and you receive Karin Quarry Knowledge.
