01 Read the Bounty Notice

Find and read the notice somewhere in the City of Hernand. It confirms Billy is a pickpocket last seen around Hernand's Inn and gives you the next objective.

02 Capture Billy

Head to the area around the Hernand Inn and watch your minimap bounty icon on the lower left. When it appears, Billy is close. Track him down, tackle him, and hit him until the tie-up prompt shows in the lower right corner. Use it. You'll pick up a Note with a Suspicious Symbol when you tie him. Don't keep swinging after the prompt appears or you'll kill him.

03 Turn In Billy

Carry Billy to the constabulary outside the City of Hernand, exiting via the Plaza and going left. Hernandian Guard Antoni will accept him and the quest ends. You receive Silver +2.00 and House Celeste Contribution +100 EXP.

Tips and Notes

Stop hitting as soon as the tie-up prompt appears. The game gives you the option to tie rather than kill, but it is easy to miss if you are button mashing. Killing Billy instead of capturing him reduces your payout.
