How to Unlock Ugmon's Request

Ugmon's Request is a Hernand Commissions Faction Quest in Crimson Desert available in Chapter 3. Pick up Ugmon's Poster from the City of Hernand notice board. Ugmon is at the headquarters of the Goldleaf Guildhouse near Unicorn Cliff.

01 Speak with Ugmon

Ugmon's Request quest start at Goldleaf Guildhouse — Start Ugmon's Request by speaking with Ugmon at the Goldleaf Guildhouse.

Find Ugmon at the Goldleaf Guildhouse. He explains that their honey, known for its rich fragrance and balanced sweetness, has been getting customer complaints about bad taste. He asks you to visit the apiary and find out what happened.

02 Visit the Pollengarth Apiary

Inspecting honey quality at Pollengarth Apiary — Check the honey quality at Pollengarth Apiary and speak with the beekeeper.

Head to Pollengarth Apiary and find the beekeeper. He tells you this is the first he's heard of any complaints and insists his other customers haven't reported anything. His best guess: the problem is with storage conditions after the honey leaves the apiary, not with the honey itself.

03 Report to the Emberwind Workshop

With the beekeeper's assessment in hand, head to the Emberwind Workshop and find Ugmon's assistant there. Tell him what you learned. The storage issue is now known and can be addressed. The quest completes and you receive your rewards.
