Remaining Chains is a House Serkis Faction Quest in Crimson Desert that becomes available in Chapter 4. Head to Rocca's Hill in the Hernand region and find the Rocca's Hill Slave Camp. The quest activates when you arrive.

The Rocca's Hill Slave Camp is held by Bleed Bandits. Fight through them and deplete the occupation bar to liberate the camp. Once cleared, Hernandian soldiers move in and take over the location. The quest ends and you receive Prison Key x1, Silver Pouch x1, Arrow x2, and House Serkis Contribution +100.
