Find Leon Roberts inside Bluemont Manor in the City of Hernand. He tells you that Fort Perwin has gone completely silent, which has him worried. He asks you to go investigate the fort and confirm whether everything is still in order. After the conversation, The Crimson Nightmare quest unlocks and you receive 2660 Camp Funds.
